Victory Inc. World User Agreement

Effective 2026-07-29. This is a product agreement for customers buying premium seats and/or owned databases. It is not a substitute for legal counsel.

1. Parties & products

These terms are between you and Victory Inc. World (“Victory,” “we,” “us”) for:

• Owned Database — $200 one-time setup; you own your isolated database forever after payment.
• Roger Monthly — $200/month access to Roger and included Sweetheart Credits.
• Premium Combo — $200 one-time database setup + $175/month Roger (preferred 5-seat offer).
• Donations are voluntary and separate from subscriptions.

2. Five-seat premium limit

Premium Roger membership is capped at five (5) active seats unless Victory agrees in writing to expand. Seat means one business/customer account with Roger access under these packages. Database-only purchases may scale separately as Victory opens that SKU.

3. Month-to-month billing

Roger subscriptions are month-to-month, billed in advance through Stripe. Unused Sweetheart Credits do not roll forever and have no cash value. Failed payments may suspend access until cured.

4. Victory’s right to cancel (30-day notice)

Victory reserves the right to cancel or not renew a subscription or seat for any reason or no reason, with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice to the email on your account (except immediate suspension for abuse, nonpayment, legal risk, or security incidents). After cancel/non-renewal of Roger access, your owned database remains yours subject to Section 5.

5. Database ownership & download gateway

• After the one-time setup fee, you own your isolated database forever.
• Downloading installers (macOS .dmg, Windows .msi, Linux .deb) requires active acceptance of this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
• For the first 12 months only, when Roger cannot fulfill a request, you agree Victory may receive a failure/fix report: what you asked, why it failed, what led to it, and what solved it — so Roger improves. That is not a copy of your database.
• After month 12, that error-share requirement ends. Ownership stays yours.
• Canceling Roger does not revoke database ownership; Victory may end live hosted access while you keep exports/installers you lawfully downloaded.

6. Setup meeting

Database provisioning requires a setup meeting with Victory (Peyton). Scheduling is Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm America/Chicago; days with board meetings are blacked out. Booking notifies [email protected] and places the meeting on the Victory board calendar.

7. Acceptable use

You will not abuse Roger, SMS, voice, or APIs; attempt to access other customers’ vaults; reverse engineer hosted systems beyond normal interoperability; or use the service for unlawful content. Victory may suspend immediately for abuse or security risk.

8. AI disclaimer

Roger and related tools provide assistance “as is.” Outputs can be wrong. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made with the tools.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (including agreement acceptance records and, for 12 months, failure/fix reports). Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on Victory’s board database.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Victory’s total liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to fees you paid to Victory in the three (3) months before the claim. Victory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes for active subscribers will be noticed by email or product notice. Continued paid use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version when a new version gate is presented.
